Belle French.
FC: Mara Teigen Brief backstory: Belle is a relatively good patient, hardly ever being much of a bother to the staff. She's smart, quiet, and spends most of the time in the asylum's library. Many are baffled as to why she's in the asylum, not knowing that the girl was kidnapped at the age of sixteen. Belle fell madly in love with her kidnapper, having been around only him in his hidden home for a whole year. When the police finally found the young girl, she threw a fit at being taken away but they didn't care. Belle's father couldn't wrap his head around her hostile attitude towards the family, blaming them for taking her love away from her. He decided she was dealing with stockholm syndrome, and hoped that sending her to the asylum would give the girl a chance to clear her head and move on. |
Adam Beast.
FC: Landon Liboiron Brief backstory: Adam grew up in an orphanage for the majority of his life, but ran away at age sixteen. Living on the streets was rough and took a toll on him, having been beaten up and worse at night if he stumbled into the wrong neighborhood. One woman, Fiona Masters, came across the young boy begging for food one night and decided to take him with her. She led the weak and confused boy to the Disney Asylum, telling the doctors that she saw him angrily talking to himself and that she thinks he's dangerous. It was a lie, of course, but he now has a roof over his head, food to eat, and running water. If he had to act insane when seen to keep all of this, so be it. |
Christopher "Chip" Potts.
FC: Chandler Riggs Brief Backstory: Up to roleplayer. |
Gaston LeGume.
FC: Joshua Anthony Brand Brief Backstory: Gaston was born into a wealthy single child family, but while he needed little, he desired much. The strict societal norms enforced by his parents only added to the male's struggles. Often straying from the norms of his age, Gaston found his respite in the destructive activities he participated in, including arson, instigating fights on school grounds and vandalism. For fear that their child's actions would cause greater harm to himself and his peers, his parents came to the conclusion to send him to the asylum where he would find different ways to manage himself in ways that would be socially acceptable. |
Evan Lumière.
FC: Cameron Monaghan Brief Backstory: The decision to spend some time at the Disney Asylum was completely Evan's. Dealing with bipolar disorder, he began to feel his life spiral out of control and he wasn't happy with it. High highs followed by low lows, he became unpredictable and his own family was cautious to interact with the boy. Wanting to live a productive, successful life, Evan turns to the asylum in the hopes of getting the appropriate treatment he needs. He wasn't expecting to fall for Nurse Fiona, however, complicating his stay. |
Nurse Fiona "Fifi" Masters.
FC: Michelle Keegan Brief Backstory: A beautiful face and an intelligent mind, Fiona often found others to be particularly jealous of the well rounded character she presented herself as. Often ostracized by her peers, Fiona felt herself slipping into dangerous patterns. Scars upon her flesh are the reminder of her youth. Her experiences sparked a desire to aid those who struggled with similar issues, and thus she delved into the medical field and gained a place as a member of the staff at the asylum. Fiona ultimately became the favorite staff member of patient Evan, and against asylum policy, an affair began between the two. |
Dr. Caleb Cogsworth.
FC: Chris Pratt
Brief Backstory: Obsessive and meticulous in each of his
actions, Caleb maintains a tight reign and schedule
while working throughout the asylum. While fearing
reprimands from advisers from constant verbal ridicule
from his parents throughout childhood, Caleb is disliked by
many for his inability to settle for anything that does not
seem to meet his standards of satisfactory, and his incapability
to stray from the schedule he established.
